How selling on QuickBuy works

Four steps from sign-up to your first order.

  1. 1About 2 minutes

    Create your store account

Enter your store name, your name, email, mobile and a password. Confirm your email with the 6-digit code we send.

  2. 2Save and come back anytime

    Set up your store

Add your business, tax and bank details, upload your documents and accept the seller agreement. A checklist shows what’s left.

  3. 3Up to 2 business days

    We review your store

Our team checks your details against your documents. If something needs fixing, we tell you exactly what. Add products while you wait.

  4. 4Start selling

    Go live

Once your store is approved, each product goes live after a quick quality check, and shoppers can find and buy it in the app.

What you’ll need

The setup page asks only for what applies to your business. Documents can be PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB each.

Every store

  • Legal business name and US address, as registered with the IRS or your state
  • Business phone and support email (seen by QuickBuy, not shoppers)
  • Tax ID: your 9-digit EIN. Selling as an individual? Only the last 4 digits of your SSN
  • Owner photo ID: driver’s licence, state ID or passport
  • Bank account for payouts: holder name, bank name, last 4 digits, and a bank letter or voided cheque showing the holder name

Companies and partnerships

  • Business registration: your state registration certificate or IRS EIN letter (CP 575)

Stores that sell food

  • Food permit: your state or local food establishment permit

Your information is protected. Tax numbers are encrypted and only ever shown as the last 4 digits. Documents are private to QuickBuy reviewers. We never ask for a full Social Security Number.

After you’re approved

Your dashboard is where you run the store: products, stock, promotions and orders.

Add products fast

Add them one by one, or import up to 20,000 at once from a spreadsheet. You see every row’s problems before anything is saved.

Quick product checks

New products are checked before they go live. If one is held back, you see the reason on the product and can fix and resubmit it.

Fees and payouts

Payouts go to the bank account in your store profile. For fees and the payout schedule, talk to our team.
